1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DoFo ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DoFo is an AI-powered relationship management application that helps users maintain meaningful connections by providing suggestions on who to contact and when, based on interaction history and contextual information.

3. User Accounts

To use DoFo, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content and data you provide to DoFo, including:

• Contact information and relationship details
• Notes, interactions, and conversation logs
• Any other personal information you choose to store

By using DoFo, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide and improve our services.

5. Google Integration

When you connect your Google account to DoFo:

• Calendar Access: We read your calendar events to display recent meetings and help you log who you met. We do NOT create, modify, or delete calendar events.
• Gmail Read Access: We display emails when you explicitly request them via chat commands. Email content is fetched in real-time and NOT stored permanently.
• Gmail Send Access: We send emails ONLY when you explicitly instruct us via chat (e.g., "send email to John saying..."). We never send automated emails on your behalf.
• Gmail Modify Access: We may mark emails as read when you view them through DoFo. We do NOT delete or move emails.
• Disconnection: You can disconnect your Google account at any time from Settings → Google Accounts. This immediately revokes our access.
• Compliance: Our use of Google data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

Limited Use Disclosure: DoFo's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use your Google data for advertising, and we do not sell or transfer it to third parties.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Use the Service to harass, spam, or harm others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

7. AI-Generated Content

DoFo uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions, insights, and research about your contacts. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or complete
• You should verify important information independently
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI suggestions

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Intellectual Property

DoFo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DoFo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoFo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
