1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DoFo ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

DoFo is operated by Pecon Computech Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India (CIN: U72300WB1996PTC079927) ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

DoFo is an AI-powered relationship management application that helps users maintain meaningful connections by providing suggestions on who to contact and when, based on interaction history and contextual information.

3. User Accounts

To use DoFo, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content and data you provide to DoFo, including:

• Contact information and relationship details
• Notes, interactions, and conversation logs
• Any other personal information you choose to store

By using DoFo, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide and improve our services.

5. Google Integration

When you connect your Google account to DoFo:

• Calendar Access: We read your calendar events to display recent meetings and help you log who you met. We do NOT create, modify, or delete calendar events.
• Gmail Read Access: We display emails when you explicitly request them via chat commands. Email content is fetched in real-time and NOT stored permanently.
• Gmail Send Access: We send emails ONLY when you explicitly instruct us via chat (e.g., "send email to John saying..."). We never send automated emails on your behalf.
• Gmail Modify Access: We may mark emails as read when you view them through DoFo. We do NOT delete or move emails.
• Disconnection: You can disconnect your Google account at any time from Settings → Google Accounts. This immediately revokes our access.
• Compliance: Our use of Google data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

Limited Use Disclosure: DoFo's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use your Google data for advertising, and we do not sell or transfer it to third parties.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Use the Service to harass, spam, or harm others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

7. AI-Generated Content

DoFo uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions, insights, and research about your contacts. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or complete
• You should verify important information independently
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI suggestions

8. Beta Features

From time to time, we may offer features, services, or versions of DoFo identified as "beta," "preview," "experimental," or similar (collectively, "Beta Features"). Beta Features are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, may be changed or discontinued at any time, and may be subject to additional terms (such as our Beta Test Agreement and NDA). By using Beta Features, you accept the risk that they may be unstable or incomplete.

9. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

DoFo is currently available free of charge. If we introduce paid subscription tiers or in-app purchases in the future, the following will apply:

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, in accordance with the respective platform's terms.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Play Store account settings.
• Refunds, where applicable, are handled in accordance with Apple's or Google's policies. Pecon Computech Private Limited does not directly process refunds for purchases made through these platforms.
• Pricing and features of paid tiers will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Intellectual Property

DoFo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pecon Computech Private Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

12. Apple App Store Provisions

If you download DoFo from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply, and in the event of any conflict with the rest of these Terms, the following terms control with respect to your use of DoFo on Apple devices:

• Acknowledgment. These Terms are concluded between you and Pecon Computech Private Limited only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for DoFo or its content.
• Scope of License. Your license to use DoFo is limited to a non-transferable license to use DoFo on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• Maintenance and Support. We are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for DoFo. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services.
• Warranty. If DoFo fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for DoFo, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to DoFo.
• Product Claims. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to DoFo, including product liability claims, claims of non-compliance with legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection claims.
• Intellectual Property Claims. In the event of any third-party claim that DoFo infringes that party's intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of the claim.
• Legal Compliance. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Third-Party Beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you.

13. Google Play Store Provisions

If you download DoFo from the Google Play Store, you acknowledge that Google is not a party to these Terms and bears no responsibility for DoFo. You will comply with the Google Play Terms of Service and any applicable program terms.

14. Export Controls

You may not use, export, re-export, import, or transfer DoFo except as authorized by Indian law, the laws of the jurisdiction in which you obtained DoFo, and any other applicable laws. In particular, but without limitation, DoFo may not be exported or re-exported (a) into any country subject to a comprehensive embargo, or (b) to anyone on a denied parties or sanctions list maintained by the Government of India, the United States, the European Union, or the United Kingdom. You represent and warrant that you are not located in any such country and are not on any such list.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoFo and Pecon Computech Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

19. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Kolkata, India. The language of arbitration shall be English. Subject to the foregoing, the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other agreements referenced herein (including the Beta Test Agreement, if applicable), constitute the entire agreement between you and Pecon Computech Private Limited regarding DoFo, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

22. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such posting constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
